In Queensland, the Workplace Health Safety Act (2021) sets out rules, guidelines and codes of practice for building and maintaining a healthy and safe workplace. While there isn’t a set temperature that commercial spaces should aim for, the Workplace Health Safety Act (2021) does set requirements in terms of providing a comfortable workplace for all.

Maintain privacy without losing natural light. Our films keep sensitive information secure and deter unwanted views. For added protection, security films strengthen windows against break-ins and accidental damage.
Protect your interiors from fading and your team from harmful UV rays. Our window tints block up to 99% of UV exposure helping preserve assets and support long-term employee wellbeing.
Safety film can upgrade existing glass to meet Australian Standards (AS1288 & AS2208) for safety glazing. When applied, it holds broken glass together, reducing the risk of injury and making the glass safer against accidental impact. It’s a cost-effective way to bring shopfronts up to compliance without replacing the glass.
We proudly partner with top-tier brands to deliver quality and performance you can rely on.

Having a metallized film will boost the signal some amount, as the metallized film will want to reflect the signal back into the building. You may lose some of the Wi-Fi signal to the outside via the walls, floor, roof but for Wi-Fi you don’t want that, you want to keep it in the building for maximum signal strength. The likes of IT companies and sensitive commercial operations will sometimes seek a metallized film with high EMI properties to stop the Wi-Fi signal going to the outside so they can minimize the risk of electronic snooping.
Installation times vary depending on the size and accessibility of the job, as well as the type of film being applied. For most offices, retail spaces, or shopfronts, smaller projects can often be completed within a few hours, while larger or multi-level buildings may take a day or more. We plan our work to minimise disruption to your business operations and will confirm a clear timeframe when quoting your project so you can plan with confidence.
In most cases, window film can be removed without harming the glass, and a new film can be applied if your needs change. However, the ease and safety of removal depend on the type of glass and film. For example, if a film has been applied to low-E glass, removing it could damage the delicate low-E coating. We always assess the glass first and advise on the best approach to ensure your windows remain protected.
Not all window films are suitable for every type of glass. Many commercial buildings use laminated or specialised glass, and applying the wrong film can lead to issues such as cracking, seal failure, or voiding the glass warranty. We always check the glass type before recommending a product. Our range includes films designed for laminated, toughened, and other specialty glass, so we can help you choose a solution that meets safety standards and delivers the look and performance you need.
